Clay Zimmer, Producer

Clay Zimmer brings 15 years of production experience to the company. Since graduating from Syracuse University's College of Visual and Performing Arts in 1992, Clay has worked primarily in television. Prior to joining Inspira, Mr. Zimmer served as a member of the production staff at WRC-TV, an NBC affiliate located in Washington, D.C. Clay also spent more than seven years working at Home Team Sports (now Comcast SportsNet Mid-Atlantic) in Bethesda, MD, where he handled many aspects of live production, including working as an audio technician, a lighting technician, a stage designer, a stage manager, a writer, a producer, and a director. Throughout his tenure, in addition to live shows, Clay produced several documentaries which took a year or longer to make. His steadfast determination and unwavering passion will undoubtedly lead to huge success in the theater world. "I love the entertainment business! Seeing people laugh, cry, and think is what it's all about to me. Ever since I began producing, it has been a dream of mine to produce a play On Broadway. I fully understand what it takes to put on a performance of this magnitude, both from a creative standpoint and a business perspective. My main goal is to bring the local community together, using theater as a vehicle. I want people to experience top quality theater at an affordable price, and when the curtains drop, I hope we have made an impact on how the audience members view the world that they live in. I welcome the challenge!"

Dan Towner,

Actor

Who would have thought a kid from a small town in Michigan that grew up in the ice rink and soccer field would be acting? Before Dan became an actor he was involved with modeling with the C.L. Adams Modeling Agency in Michigan. That eventually led to acting where Dan did theater in Lansing, Michigan for two years. He then moved on to New York City to pursue film acting, where he attended the School for Film and Television, a professional film conservatory. He draws inspiration from his faith and other actors that he looks up to. Dan personifies what Inspira hopes to achieve; he is an actor that wants to be given a chance to be noticed in the public eye. Dan hopes to inspire audiences to live out their dreams, no matter how far in the distance that dream may seem. "If that happens I have done my job as a performer."
